Death - If more than one player picked this Item, all players who picked this Item are eliminated. If only one player picked this Item, that player gains Hero.

Life - If this Item is a majority pick, the players who picked it are saved from elimination and gain Zombie. Additionally, a random player who was eliminated in a previous round joins the game with no Statuses.

Cure - Players who picked this Item gain Zombie.

Unity - Players who picked this Item gain Hero.

Hope - If this Item is a majority pick, a random player who picked this Item is saved from elimination and gains Hero.

Illusion - If this Item is in an Item pool, its name becomes the name of another random Item. Additionally, each player who picked this Item gains a random Status.

Lost - Each player that picks this Item automatically picks a random Item out of the entire pool for next round.

Awe - Only Heroes may choose to pick this Item. Heroes who picked this Item are saved from elimination for the round.

Faith - Each player who picks this Item rolls a d3. If a player rolls a 1, s/he is eliminated. If a player rolls a 2, s/he gains a random Status. If a player rolls a 3, s/he is saved from elimination for the round.

Balance - If this Item is in an Item Pool and no one picks it, all players gain Zombie.

Pride - If this Item is tied for the most picked Item, pickers are saved from elimination. If this Item is tied for the least picked Item, pickers gain Zombie.

Holy - Zombies who picked this Item are eliminated.

Transform - If one or more players picked this Item, it becomes another random Item.

Insanity - At the end of the turn, pickers gain Lunatic.

Shield - If this Item is a least picked Item, players who picked it gain Guardian. If this Item is tied for the majority Item, the players who picked the other tied Items are saved from elimination for the round.

Zombie - If a Zombie wins the game, s/he loses the game instead.

Hero - At the start of each round, if the only players left in the game are Heroes, those players win the game.

Lunatic - If a Lunatic is eliminated for picking a majority Item, s/he is instead saved from elimination. If a Lunatic did not pick a majority Item, s/he is eliminated (this happens after the Item the Lunatic picked triggers).

Guardian - If a Guardian picked a majority Item, that player gains Immortal Guardian and all players who picked that Item are saved from elimination for the round. If a Guardian did not pick a majority Item, that player gains Zombie Guardian.

Immortal - If an Immortal is eliminated, that player is instead saved from elimination for the round and gains Immortal.

Yes, you can accidentally pick Awe if you aren't a Hero, but you can't pick it on purpose.
