Personnel Appearance: Harvey is tall and has a wiry muscled physique with short black hair and dark blue eyes.

Personnel Background: Harvey is one of the very few S.T.A.R.S to be sent into the Raccoon City cluster fuck and come back out alive if not whole.
His team was assigned to escort select VIP's out of the city when the horde overtook them and they were forced into the local precinct which after a short and ultimately doomed defense was overrun with all officers and survivors inside being killed except Harvey and a lucky few who managed to flee.
Harvey was knocked to the ground in the fighting and several zombies came down on top of him but he was able to kill them with his knife before they found a gap in his armor but found himself trapped beneath bodies and then knocked out cold by a fleeing civilian who's foot took him in the side of the head.
Covered by the dead zombies he was missed by the horde and woke later to find it had passed on seeking new victims and he slowly made his way to safety after stopping to put his team to rest permanently and taking each man and woman’s tags with him.
He spent most of the day moving through the sewers killing anything that got in his way until he reached the edge of town and passed through the gate minutes before it was closed and the city was purified but he left something behind in the precinct along with his team.

Eyes are so brown they're almost black.

Personnel Personality: Merciless of weakness, sadistic and masochistic, Klasha is a thrill seeker and psychopathic. Torture? Yeah, that's fine, she can give and take it in equal measure. Despite that, she can be loyal to a fault to those who have won her friendship and obeys orders with little question, even if she does grumble about them. It was noted she thoroughly enjoyed her time in prison, "despite" the three prison riots that occurred while she was undercover.

Personnel Background: She was born in Russia, raised in Britain, and moved to America for employment. Her natural destructive tendencies were put to good use in the CIA as a field operative before she was shifted through organizations into the S.T.A.R.S program. She spent two years in ultra-max under cover among the most violent and criminally insane women in the United States, where she seemed to have picked up lock-picking. She thoroughly enjoyed her time in the prison.

The walk to the chopper was done in silence. As was the entire chopper ride. The loudness of this civilian model made it impossible to hear each other but the pilot's awful singing was coming in loud and clear. How the man was able to sing so loudly you had no idea.

Once you arrived at Ulados City you were rather surprised to see just how many people were around. Apparently Captain Overbeck had been right. There wasn't an outbreak. WOULDN'T be an outbreak if you handled it correctly.

The entire car ride to the location was rather boring as well. Nerves forcing each member to remain silent as they tried to mentally prepare themselves for what would lie ahead. It was in the center of the city that you finally saw the front of the Arklay Anarachists. An Alcoholics Anonymous center. Apparently the Anarchists had an interesting sense of humor. Each of your stepped from the car and stretched. It had been at least four hours since you left. Traffic was the absolute worst in Ulados. Hopefully, it would continue to be the worst thing in the city for a long time. Now all that was left was to go inside.

The alleyway is essentially what you'd expect. A dirty back-alley with dumpsters over-flowing with trash. You're disgusted to note that used condoms are prevalent beside the dumpster as well as some shattered glass.

Aside from that though only a few rats keep you company and judging by how vigorously two of them are fighting you don't really want to be their friend.
