You're super close to those zombies. The 1x1 hallway's pretty long, and you can run north towards that corner to avoid being hit on this turn while still having line of sight.

Each zombie has 6 health, while each Cerberus has around 10 or so.

Yeah, that sounds like a good amount of HP.

And we'll probably get easy head shots on the zombies since they aren't to fast. At least, I think they aren't.

I'm happy with the HP. I'm just not quite so sure about the XP I'm giving. In 4e DnD they say you should level the party every 5 fights or so. I woulnd't be opposed to following this template honestly. BUT that would mean I'd need to boost the difficulty or increase the numbers. Thoughts?

Well, this is using a system for Fallout which, at least I think, is more based on tactical application of skill points and equipment rather than level ups.
