No definite proof. Also they have guns and other implements of defense.

As far as I understood, we weren't here to gather proof but just to arrest them.
If they draw guns on us is proof enough. It's why I assume we don't have a search warrant, as we would if we were otherwise gathering proof.

It's still best to get proof and not cause an incident by attacking what could be a perfectly peaceful sect of the AA.
