The first name that popped up in my heads for the Philippines was General Marcos, but immediately I realized that would be a pretty awful decision, like having General Mussolini of Italy or General Amin of Uganda.
Also, while I wouldn't be able to run the game on my computer, I'll be getting a new one sometime around Christmas time, so you can expect a sale during that period.
Are you sure? It shouldn't require major horsepower, but I would recommend at least 2 GB RAM.

Everyone else, I am trying to keep this limited to you using your real name, as it will have real meaning to you. If you aren't comfortable with that, I will consider your suggestion if nobody else takes the country. Also, if it's a matter of privacy, feel free to PM me your name to use. Nobody will have an interest in crosschecking the forums with the name of a General in the final version of the game.
Also, I can't promise you the General will represent you aesthetically. We are mass producing 170+ faces, loosely basing on physical generalities often found in the region/country. It is time and cost prohibitive to do what Crusader Kings did, which is why they can charge $50. We may consider it as another low cost or free DLC depending again on sales.
