((That is an issue though. These are legitimate grievances claming violated the spirit of the guidelines if not the letter. Wacky courtroom antics aside I see the potential for this to turn into a true and beautiful form of self-governance for this little community I love so much. We can't just roleplay a punishment and be done with it. This could be the begining of something great.))

1. Me making a joke is and being taken seriously(god I hope thats not true) is not a legitimate greviance.
2. If you want to prosecute someone for quote pyramids, go bother Stirk. I make a few steps at best.

That's why we're having this trial. I personally think the back and forth in the nutshell thread is the largest potential offense. It could be interpreted as violating the spirit of the game and also as trolling or picking a fight both of which were forbidden by Toady Himself. I will not say one way or the other (I perfer to be a neutral party) but the possibility for interpretation is there. I enjoy the roleplaying and wacky antics and go along with it because that's what we do here. But I do take this very seriously.
