"how did you get yourself into this mess? please tell me the real murderer is your evil twin or something."

"...Right, look.  Who did it is irrelevant.  It's crrtainly nice to figure out.  But.  Your focus is to convince me-as-judge that there is reasonable doubt that the defendant didn't do it.  I don't think there's much to question necessarily, but I think that the ballistics is something to look at."

[endlessblaze]

"yesssss. that's why I'm asking if it was an evil twin, becaue if he has an evil twin that could be the first step in establishing reasonable doubt."

"No, I don't have an evil twin. I have a Canadian brother, which would be close enough, I guess, but his beard is playoff rather than full and luscious like mine."

"cross examine her about WHAT? we have all seen the footage. nothing she said contradicts ANYTHING in there, unless of course she lied about being in the courthouse that day."
