((Diminished Capacity means there is an actual excuse for not thinking things through, such as being drugged against one's will. Were mind control proven to be possible in real life, it would probably count. The point is, someone else is responsible for the crime. Temporary Insanity can mean many things, but in its case nobody but oneself is responsible, if even one.))
