"Yes, of course."

"Let me start by stating some facts. Correct me if I'm wrong. In the first footage, we can see the perpetrator was a lemon in a black or dark gray suit and a blue tie. In the second one, one in a lighter gray suit and a red tie is sitting in the judge's place while black-and-blue lemons take a body bag away. Mr. Lemons had died in the explosion earlier that day, and still seemed to come to defend Mr. Dampe, apparently reincarnated, in a black-and-blue suit. He then seemed to judge in a gray-and-red suit. However, nobody ever saw any lemon change clothing in the courtroom, in footage or otherwise, as the others here witness to the events can confirm.

What I am saying is, the way I see it, more than one lemon is involved in this. I would presume Mr. Lemons was away at the time of the murder, changing his clothing while another lemon in a similar suit committed the act, or he came in later than we originally thought, with someone else framing him right before he arrived.

Another possibility is simply that the footage has been tampered with, as evident by the discrepancies."

[Tawa]

"Ahaha. Amusing. I have another witness ready, in case something like this not covered by our security camera footage came into question. When the defense is finished, I shall call him in.

[Tawa]

"So, are you prepared to end the cross-examination of the witness?"

[Adragis]

"I... I suppose so."

[Tawa]

"Good, good. Let's move on to my next witness."

"This man witnessed the crime itself take place in Courtroom #42, and, as such, is a key eyewitness. And before the defense gets any ideas about cross-examining the other people in the courtroom, we'll have you know we cross-checked his testimony with all the other ones and found them to be the same."


"Name and profession."

"Phoenix Wright. I suppose you could call me... an Ace Attorney."

"Very punny, Mr. Wright. Will you please now testify to the court about what you witnessed?"

"I was rebutting Prosecutor Edgeworth's arguments in court that day."
"Suddenly, a lemon in a suit popped out and jumped the judge. It was definitely the defendant."
"There was a loud bang and the Judge screamed. Then he dropped to the floor, blood staining the chair."
"I watched as the lemon slipped out of his suit and changed into a robe."

"As you can see, there is no contradiction between the defendant's garb in the body bag footage and the murder footage."

[Adragis]

"HOLD IT!
There may not be a contradiction between the testimony of everyone in that courtroom... but there is one between the testimonies of the people we've had in this one."

[Tawa]

"Wh-what?"

[Adragis]

"With our first witness, as you will recall, we went into fair bit of detail on whether the Judge died instantly and why, according to our first witness, he didn't scream, instead dying quietly. Is this correct?"

[Tawa]

"Y-yes..."

[Adragis]

"Then, pray tell, why does Mr Wright here insist otherwise? I seem to recall the first witness acting shakily around this issue of screaming, come to think of it."

[Tawa]

"I-uh-er... augh!"

"Wait, what?! Gavin! Did you..."

"Why, I never--"

"I swear it on my attorney's badge! The judge screamed when he was shot!"

"Gavin! You arranged false testimony... and false evidence!"

You know, regardless of the defendant's innocence, this is almost certainly grounds for a mistrial.  You might as well just get the whole case thrown out of court.
