I wonder if anyone got the stealth pun in my name.

So we have two combat drones and a tech person.
We need a party face and a doctor, then.

I'd say special item depending on background sounds good, because no doubt you'll make sure it's balanced. Here's hoping for power armour+turbo plasma rifle

You missed Dark, our shooter who's tongue is more dangerous then his gun.

At best you'd be able to get actual armor... For you I was specificially thinking "Rusted Samurai Regalia"

ANYWAYS I was talking it over with a few people and I offer everyone this: IF YOU WANT TO you can PM me a concept for a companion. Everyone gets ONE. They are weaker than you and are essentially perk generators. You get a special perk when they join and another when they like you enough.

I WARN YOU they are weaker than you [they do level, but in a different fashion] and if they die you lose the perks. ALSO everyone gets ONE. Like I said. Also if you start running in circles trying to find them I will NOT put your companion in. You WILL come across them eventually. Be patient.

That being said, PM me a concept and I will start doing stuff with it.

Yeah, Dirk's built to be a jack of all stats, with a focus on Speech. That's how I usually play ,y characters anway, since Speech gives you a lot of opportunities in the games to get better rewards than straight up combat.

I dunno, strangling the vendor until he agrees on a discount seems to work pretty well for me.

Go for it.

My general tactic for dealing with any form of bureaucracy is fear backed up by a healthy dose of strangling beats persuasion. Hence a 10 strength character who specializes in unarmed combat.

"I think you want to give me a bigger discount than that."
"I'm sorry, but I simply can't give you any more of a discount. Haroldo is in the business of making money and discounts don-"
*Harvey rips the front of the stall down before grabbing Haroldo by the throat and lifting him into the air.
"Let's try this again."
*Harvey slams Haroldo through a nearby wooden wall.
"You're GOING to give me and my friends a discount."
"*Choke* And Haroldo *gasp* will be happy to be of service."
*Harvey pulls Haroldo so as to speak directly into his ear.
"Good."
*Harvey tosses Haroldo, roughly, onto the ground.

[[How I picture this going.]]

Now now no need to damage the poor mans stall we're all civilized people here. I'm engaged in aggressive negotiations not trying to rob him.

Hence the discount part. You wouldn't STEAL something from the guy. That would be wrong. But if something WERE to happen to the stall that might CONVINCE the merchant to change his stance... Well you were just bartering.
