So we havve to predict not only if we'll be nuked by someone, but who someone else will nuke?

Jeezus.

How does that even make sense fluffwise? Your citizens running to another country to stay in their bunkers while they run to yours?

It encourages blocks to defend eachother. Plus you have a ton more cards with more players around.

And no, it makes no sense fluffwise. It doesn't have to. This game doesn't really have fluff.

Well, now I just have to imagine countries shooting missiles filled with one of three things at each pther.

Missiles filled with doves and olive branches
Missiles filled with nuclear weaponry and death
Missiles filled with bunkers and mobile housing units, to keep allies safe.

Missiles filled with bunkers and mobile housing units, to keep allies safe.
Specially designed bunkers only able to protect from the weaponry of one nation, being useless for those of everyone else.

They're directional, is all. Protect from one direction. But theY interlock, so it's okay.
