[Sanure]

((now is as good a time as any~ Perk time! This happens during events. I roll a 1d4 and on a 4 your character gets a perk. A roll of 1 means the character was taken by surprise and will miss 1 turn of battle if they participate in combat.))

The cafe is filled with the sound of chatter as people enjoy their food and chatting with their friends. Eren, Daoto, Kyle, and Kimiko are sitting at a table in an almost embarassing and akward silence. Hikari, Aiko, Minu, and Aki are at another table occasionally talking and reading books. Alex and Beryl are both sitting at another table not talking. Mia is at the cash register working.

It doesn't happen at once, and no one else seems to notice it, but a cloud of darkness begins to seep into reality causing people to slowly fade away. The heroes do not notice it at first but soon it becomes to large to ignore.

[4] The first to notice it is Aiko, due to her all seeing eyes. [Aiko gains the perk: All Seeing Eyes- Aiko automatically senses encroaching evil during events and gains a +3 to DEF during battle.

[4] Kyle is the second to notice the encroaching darkness due to his aversion to evil. [Kyle gains the perk: Ally of Justice- Kyle automatically detects evil intent and gains +3 STR while fighting Witches.]

[2] Eren is the third to detect the darkness and warns everyone as it begins to warp reality.

[3] Kimiko springs up and quickly looks around.

[4] Hikari launches out of her seat and brings her fist down onto a shadowy beast as it was lunging for Minu. [Hikari gains the perk: Combatant- Hikari gains +1 SKL and SPD during ambushes and +3 to STR and DEF when outnumbered.]

[1] Daoto looks around and wonders what's going on. This has completely taken her by surprise.

[4] Beryl is lunged at by a a shadowy beast, but a blast of wind sends it flying back into the Darkness. [Beryl gains the perk: Wayward wind- Beryl is protected from danger while not transformed, giving him +5 to DEF while human.]

[4] Alex lets out a roar and shreds a shadowy beast that lunges at her. [Alex gains the perk: Silent Hunter- Alex gains a premtive strike during ambushes allowing her to attack before the enemies.]

[1] Minu is surprised at the sudden Hikari in front of her.

[3] Mia realizes whats going on and runs to the group before the darkness surrounds her.

[2] Aki doesn't know whats going on due to her not being a magical girl yet.

Kyubey looks around and speaks up <A witch's labyrinth has manifested. Minu, Hikari, Kimiko, you need to transform and protect everyone else. Their coming!> As Kyubey says this, the Witch's Labyrinth full consumes the area, making the group disappear from reality. Many roars are heard as the group appears underneath a street light. The group realizes they are surrounded.

((Battle as soon as three people, preferably those who Kyubey asked, though you don't need to listen to him, transform into magical form.))

"W-what the-? What the hell is this?!?"

She seems slightly scared.

Eren transforms and pulls out his pistol, making sure it is loaded.
((You saw the changes I made to my sheet, right?))

((Well it's a good thing Daoto wasn't taken by surprise at least; just some random bystander named Daota.))

She seems slightly scared.

Eren transforms and pulls out his pistol, making sure it is loaded.

"Whoa!"
Beryl flinches a bit as the beast lunged at him and was slightly surprised by it being literally blown back. He looks at the hand he had instinctively raised toward the monster.
"Was that... was that magic?"

Beryl is looking around and trying to make sense of what he is seeing.

"This is bizarre..."

"I mean... this would be funny if it wasn't terrifying."

Alex transforms and assumes a fighting stance.

Beryl pulls out his pocket watch and transforms.

"Well, it looks like we got to fight back."

Beryl steps forward holding his weapon in his left hand and resting it firmly on the ground.

"Damn right."
Eren scans for targets.

Beryl looks around at his surroundings.

"Eeh... this place kind of reminds me of that feeling you get when you're sick with a fever and you can't string two thoughts together."

Beryl looks around some more.

<I suppose it could be worse... there's no singing pink elephants...>

"Dude, you jinxed it. We'll probably have to face exactly those now. Nice job."
