When Daoto comes back, her plate is laden with food that would probably make Alex cringe, but that Eren would in turn be unsurprised to find Alex eating.

Just because some people like weird things doesn't all of them share the same tastes, you know.

She sets it down on the table, and begins eating. Not particularly fast, but very steadily. Continuously.

<You know this telepathy thing might actually be kinda nice. If only we could direct it to only specific people...>

Daoto stares at Kimiko, not quite glaring, but her eyes are certainly narrowed. She continues eating, in a not so feminine manner.

<My apologies for having an accent, then. No I did not grab a desert to eat. How would I even be able to do that, anyway?>

A mental mock-angry out-stuck-tongue feeling accompanies the words.

"That telepathy is still a bit weird to me."

"Last night, I couldn't keep my thoughts straight from what I was broadcasting."

"This morning however, I didn't have a problem differentiating from the two."

"Any idea where Aiko and Hikari are at?"

"Yeah, speaking of telepathy... why haven't I heard them yet?"

"The only voices I heard last night, are here now... except the cat... I think..."

Beryl looks around half expecting those staring red eyes to be looking at him.

<I believe I was making a joke with that.>

Kimiko's headxthe table, so she doesn't notice.

Eren glances at Daoto. He was glad that she didn't seem quite so angry with him, atleast for now.

"Maybe it's not always the best medium of communication then," she says as she pauses to take another drink of coffee.

"And I'll have you know that deserts are very slimming. But add an 's' and you'll turn into a boat, I swear."

She looks over at Eren as she resumes eating.

<You can stop avoiding me. So long as you didn't mess with my clothing last night. If you did I'd start running.>

Beryl snorts at the unexpected joke and change in tone of voice.

Beryl grabs his cup and goes inside the cafe.
