Daoto is still mostly unconscious as the machine violates her, filling up every inch of her innocent body with it's mechanical probes grows and attaches itself through her body, caring little about the organic tissue in the way of it's progress. It's almost finished, by now; just insinuating itself through and around her internal organs, really.
