Ok, So I am adding a new role to the game:

Multi attacks-
A character may make multiple attacks per turn for every 10 points in both SKL and SPD.
Example: Character 1 has 10 SKL and 20 SPD. THey can make two attacks per turn. Character 2 has 20 SKL and 20 SPD. THey can make three attacks per turn.

Sound good?

...So is 10 SKL/10SPD 2 attacks as well, then?
