Description: Dylan is, in a phrase, out-of-place. He doesn't seem to belong at a place like Mitakihara, and while he does alright(barely) in terms of grades, his attitude and hobbies seem ill-suited to Japan, and he doesn't seem all that comfortable here. With bright blonde hair, tanned bronze skin of which almost every inch is covered with intricate tattoos, and a very athletic build, he could probably fit in perfectly on the shores of a tropical beach, getting ready to surf. This is probably because that's what he used to do, before his parents dropped him off here. The child of two rather wealthy, and rather busy, entrepeneurs and business professionals, he grew up mostly in Australia, surfing and generally being laid back. His parents even allowed him to get as many tattoos as he wanted, glad that he had found something to do that didn't involve bothering them. He took great advantage of this opportunity, covering most of his body with high-quality ink, intricately worked by professionals. This, of course, did not go over very well at his schools, and as his grades began slipping, his parents knew they had to do something. So, instead of actually dealing with the problem and getting involved in his life, they chose to shove it over to someone else, as they always did; in this case, the Mitakihara Boarding School. Dyllan was devastated when he learned that it was not a school for surfing. Nonetheless, he's managed to glide along so far, even recently transferred, but there don't seem to be enough people with his mentality around for him to find a proper clique, and so he's been mostly alone for the few months since he transferred. Dylan isn't the type of guy who likes being alone, either. Only a few friends, and they're more 'bro' than 'dude'; not the greatest friends, or the greatest people in general.
Personality: Laid-back, optimistic, and friendly, but can easily put his foot in his mouth without realizing it, and seems to take life as a joke sometimes. Part of this is to cover up the pain inside, and part of it is just cuz' he's a pretty chill dude. Very open with compliments and appreciation when he thinks it's warranted(which is fairly often), doesn't like to be a downer most of the time, but can call people out when necessary. Might have a berserk button somewhere, though. ^_^ Also likes some typically geeky things, like fantasy books, shows, and games("Roll against Perception, dude!"
Likes: Surfing/swimming, the ocean, tattoos, socializing/parties, most sports, food in general, being outside, music

Ability: Tat magic. His tattoos give him strength, and they can come alive to do things, too. Every ability is a different tattoo, unless it's a really large tattoo, in which case it might have multiple abilities. Most of his tattoos flow together pretty well, though, so it's not like he looks (too) ridiculous. Tattoos that depict scenery, places, or events tend to have powers related to protecting others or debilitating enemies, as well as some area of effect abilities. Tattoos that are more or less just patterns, whether flowers, writing, feathers, etc. tend to have powers related to defending himself, enhancing himself or others, and
Weak Attacks: Fist Pound: Dylan's tats give him strength; he uses this strength to beat the crap out of enemies. Basically just him punching them, really, really hard, but could be kicking them, headbutting them, repeatedly punching them, etc. An alternative name would be "Beatdown"
Strong Attacks: Dragon's Maw: The body-length dragon tattoo that comes up from Dylan's left ankle, around his leg, across his back, over his right shoulder, partially onto his chest, and along his right arm, becomes partially real in that a dragon head approximately the size of his torso comes off of his arm and tries to bite down on whoever he's fighting. It does have a neck, so it can stretch out a ways, but it can't come all the way.
