Actual location is actually in that one place on your back that you have to be stupidly flexible to reach. And even then you can't have your palm against your back if you're trying to reach it, most of the time.

I'm actually really damn flexible, because my family has joint problems(read: loose joints). Both feet behind head. At same time.
