"Non posso promettertelo, signorina."

Moving subtly away from those questioning her about her motives in being here, Kindra almost ran straight into one of the more heavily armored members of the group. Blinking, she apologized to the man, saying,

"Oh, uhm, sorry. I didn't mean to run into you. Though I suspect if I had, I would have done more damage to myself than to you... Uhm, my name's Kindra. What's yours?"

[Blade Master Model 42]

"My name is Gandus. It's a pleasure to meet you." Gandus extended an armored hand for shaking. "Are you with the mercenary group? I don't believe I've ever seen you around the keep before."

[Swordstar]

"Uh... not really? Was just... passing by and got involved in the fight. Didn't want to see you guys lose the fort or anything. Does that mean you guys are two separate groups then?"

[SeriousConcentrate]

"Well... maybe I'll let you borrow it sometime. I don't think purple is really your color though - it might be unflattering, I mean."

[Blade Master Model 42]

"Yes, I'm a permanent soldier here, as is Amelia." Gandus lowered his hand. "I was never actually told why we were playing host to a mercenary company. Though it seems it certainly paid off."

[Swordstar]

Kindra glanced around the fort and nodded.

"Certainly didn't hurt, that's for sure. Still though. You two certainly held up your end."

[Blade Master Model 42]

"Well, I would have liked to play a more active role. It's a good thing that healer was with us. She did an admirable job."

[Lucus Casius]

"Nonsense!  I would look molto bello."

"And even if not, it is a problem easily solved!"

"I would simply have to dye it green to match my coat."

[Swordstar]

"Well, I didn't do a whole lot either, so that's ok! Besides, I'm sure you'll do more next time you have to fight. And yeah, Sadie was a big help it seemed."

[Blade Master Model 42]

"Sadie, eh? I'll have to make a note to remember. I'm not sure how much longer they'll remain, but I hope it's a while. They're all rather capable."

[Swordstar]

"Hmm, yeah, I'm not sure how much longer I'll be sticking around either. Guess we'll see, huh?"

[Tiruin]

Amelia nudged Gandus in the pauldron.

"What's the fancy Vastusian talk saying? I never got around to honing my linguistics. Also hi Kindra! I'm Amelia."

She made sure not to let her polearm touch Sadie's fine hat in the slightest. It was very delicate.

[Swordstar]

"Ah. Hi Amelia. I hope that lance I gave you helped?"

Gandus shrugged, his pauldrons clanking slightly as they shifted. "Sorry, I'm only catching about half of what he says."
