I went with the last name posted because it uses the first last name out of the three most commonly and "Presidente Mc" sounds too much like a terrible band.

The revolution is over now and the people want to know what their struggle will result in. They demand answers to tough policy questions before we've even seen the inside of our office! What will we say to this cloud of vultures reporters?

Ah we've finally made it past the jubilant crowds to the presidential office. It is from here that we'll direct the small but glorious nation of Chimerica.

One thing we can do from the office is Consult our ministers. Unfortunately we currently have no ministers yet as we haven't appointed anyone. That should be our first priority. The four ministries are Agriculture, Defense, Internal Affairs, and External Affairs.

We can Contact any of the three parties to fill the vacancies. There are three parties each with three possible ministers, meaning there is a total of nine candidates for four ministries.

The first party is the Christian Reform Party. It is the moderate party, and usually favours slow and peaceful solutions to problems, and a balance between economic and humanitarian interests.

These are the three ministerial candidates for Christian Reform. The four bullet points at the end of each dossier outline what each candidate would do in each ministry.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The National Liberation Party led the revolution and are radical reformers. Unlike the Christian Reform Party, they are not opposed to using violence, and wish to continue the revolution forwards at all costs.

These are the three candidates for National Liberation.

Popular Stability are a bunch of money-grubbing capitalists that look at the revolution as an opportunity to get at the land and wealth that the previous dictator kept for himself. However they also hold most of Chimerica's small wealthy class of job creators within their ranks, and as such may have the best policy ideas when it comes to economic growth.

These are the three candidates for Popular Stability.

Because there are only three candidates per party and four ministries we're going to have to choose to empower at least two parties. So who's going to be in power in our budding new government? Crazy christians? Radical revolutionaries? Or Conniving capitalists?

As a side note our people appear pretty happy...for now...

Obviously we're going to take two hardcore revolutionaries and two dirty money-grabber. That's the only way to reach True Balance.

Introducing the new Cabinet of Chimerica! A wise merger of the ideals of National Liberation, with the common-sense and resources of National Stability, we have snubbed the moderate Christian Reform Party.

The new Minister of Agriculture, formerly the Comandante of the Revolutionary Forces:

The new Minister of Defense, a former Sociology professor who rose to prominence after leading a successful raid on the HQ of the former regime's death squad, the Farsante Guard:

Spoiler: Gloria Jimenez Fleming (click to show/hide)

The new Minister of Internal Affairs, grandson of a former dictator overturned in a coup decades ago, he is one of Chimerica's larger landholders:

And lastly our minister of Foreign Affairs, a skilled general with a West Point education, who led a faction of the Army in mutiny at the eleventh hour of the Revolution, sealing the fate of the dictator Farsante:

We now have several options in front of us. Essentially every turn we get to consult one person on the direction Chimerica is to take. That person can either be one of our four ministers, or it can be any of these guys.

After we consult someone, any number of crises could arise, requiring an immediate response. Sometimes I'll consult you guys on these crises, but other times I'll just follow my gut and post what I think the hive-mind wants. Anyways, who will we consult this month? A humble farmer? A teacher? The Army Colonel? Should we consult one of our ministers to begin to reorganize our dysfunctional nation? Or something else? Chimerica is in your (possibly) capable hands.

Go with Francisco Rosaria Rosanes, the ministry of the interior. As the son of a former dictator, he probably knows a things or two about ruling with an iron fist promoting democracy.

I'll pick the democracy option then, as Sheb seemed concerned that the plebs common people have a say in our new regime.

So the two ministers for Popular Stability recommend appointing a council to draft a constitution, while the two ministers for National Liberation recommend building our democracy from local grassroots institutions. Who shall we listen to? Bay Twelvers have an hour and fifteen minutes to choose, and if there are no votes I'll default to the Popular Stability's suggestion, as they hold the relevant ministry.

On the one hand a Tripartisan council means that we're not running it. On the other hand we don't run grassroots democratic structures either. So... Tripartisan Council? Probably easier to influence/bribe/take over.

Tripartisan Council is a go! Finally the Christian Reform Party gets some influence in our new democracy! Turns out we get more than one meeting per week, who should we meet next?

Edit: Just a reminder that it can be any of our four ministers, or:

In the Interest of true Balance, it should be one of the National Liberation ministers. Let's say the agriculture minister.

Manuel has a couple concerns, but shortages of food seems most pressing among them.

Francisco opposes the National Liberation solution of price controls on food in favour of letting the free market sort itself out. Who will we listen to?
