He didn't do an orbital parachute jump. Space starts a 100 km, Felix Baumgartner jumped from a mere 39 km. The burning up part happens at velocities he never reached. (Low Earth Orbit velocity is 7.8 km/s)
And when we're talking about deorbiting, it's the lateral velocity more than the vertical.

Update coming soon.

On a side note, I decided to go with the 130 mm caliber for Giglamesh missiles. The increased destructiveness will balance out the increased destructiveness.

Indeed. Do note that you're not, by any measure, fireproof.

The first attack round was civilians getting massacred and some damage to enemy mechs.

Goddammit. Y'all had one job.

I didn't do anything to hit the civvies, but really? Poison incendiary? In a spaceship? What in the world made whoever did that think that was a good idea?

Probably that his alternative is shooting Sarin.

Or HEAT missiles, that works as well.

But yeah, this is a weapon so horrific even the Nazi's (who developed it) didn't use it.

Quote from: John Drury Clark
"It is, of course, extremely toxic, but that's the least of the problem. It is hypergolic with every known fuel, and so rapidly hypergolic that no ignition delay has ever been measured. It is also hypergolic with such things as cloth, wood, and test engineers, not to mention asbestos, sand, and water — with which it reacts explosively. It can be kept in some of the ordinary structural metals — steel, copper, aluminum, etc. — because of the formation of a thin film of insoluble metal fluoride which protects the bulk of the metal, just as the invisible coat of oxide on aluminum keeps it from burning up in the atmosphere. If, however, this coat is melted or scrubbed off, and has no chance to reform, the operator is confronted with the problem of coping with a metal-fluorine fire. For dealing with this situation, I have always recommended a good pair of running shoes

And that is why I wiki'd everything that I came up with, just so I'd know what it was capable of :P
I actually learned quite a bit about modern arms and armor that way. Many of the things in the generator sound futuristic or fictional but are actually quite real.

It you want ridiculously futuristic looking things the Polish PL-01 tank looks impossibly science fiction. It's got ceramic armour instead of metal, is smaller, lighter, faster, and more powerful than any other tank. When it comes into service it'll be the most powerful tank in the world.

Did I mention it looks sci-fi as shit?

Also I want one of those tanks.

Ceramic armour is no oddity in armouring actually. They've been used since the 1960's.

It's certainly very light for a tank though. Only 30 tonnes is barely anything.

On a side note, I added known design information near the OP of the game thread.
