So I was bored and rolling up more mechs when I came across this gem. It's obviously not viable unless you reroll a certain one of the extras, but I had to mention it.


Also did a steampunk one to see how they might look.

Players don't get to make boss battles.

Also, it's still a surprise to me why everyone choose the sides of the rebels, with the amount of destructive weaponry everyone is carrying.

ahahahaha that landship certianly looks impressive....right until you have to actually drive the thing. Then it just becomes a piece of junk :P

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

I didn't choose rebels, for the record! I was very vague about that on purpose!

Also; the small mechs are always cooler when they're futuristic with lasers and rockets and jup jets, whereas the huge ones are cooler if they're steampunk coal-guzzling deathtraps.

Nah, I just meant if you needed a ready-made stupidly OP design for one. And not everyone has a ton of weapons; I've got 60 shots total from two relatively light weapons (I'm assuming that a "round" for the CIWS is a 1-2 second burst or something, otherwise I'll fire it once and be out of ammo--real-world CIWS fire at 4,000-5,000 rounds per minute). Besides, being the rebellious rebels is generally more fun than being the imperialistic imperialists, unless you make it your goal to achieve Suzaku Kururugi levels of douchebaggery. 'sides, it's pretty much required for space-born folks to not side with Earth, just watch some Gundam.  :P

Also, that 65mm Gatling AA Howitzer. o.0

IKR? I finished rolling it and just cracked up, because despite all of the guns it's a barely-mobile poorly-armored scrapheap that has to stop moving to fire. xD

Yeah. Otherwise I fire more rockets in a single salvo (even if 40 miss) I'd still hit you with over half of them. Mind you, quantity has a quality all of it's own, and i doubt any missile defence is built to withstand more than a hundred rockets at a time.

There's no telling IF the earthbound government IS a dictatorship, nor if the rebels are trying to instate one as well :P

Mine is doing it for the lulz if you read the bio. If he dislikes what the rebels are doing or if he gets bored, he'll turncoat, he's known to do that occasionally.

CIWS is measured in bursts, so don't worry about that.

On a side note, it might besome time till I get thefirst update up. If you really want to, you can assume that all of you meet in the lobby of the massive ship curently in orbitaround Ilion.
