Giant mechs can get away with not having rockets anyway, since they have BFGs. But small ones definitely need them.

Oh, sorry, I forgot ammo. It was round-nosed lead, for the CIWS.

And caliber was actually 11.1 and 10.3mm respectively, I'd changed it to show while you were still working on it ai think.

Character done. No clue what to do about Traits though. They seem rather vague and nebulous right now.

With that mostly done, it's just a matter of making the starting game thread, filling in the massive amount of missing details (Health systems for half the mechs) , and looking for any obvious balancing flaws.

Also, X in the MLRS thing is for it's weapon trait (That being rockets), whereas the B+S is for it's ammo. I also rolled for my smoothbore missile launcher as bombardment ammo, and as a rocket weapon (Since cannon and standard ammo doesn't really work for a missile >.>; )

Ebbor, if you're talking about balancing issues, the other small mechs have +4 dodge, but I only have +2 from being small...

Yes, that would be one of them. I'll rectify all of that when I get there.

Anyway, considering there seems to be a kind of a waitlist, I might be opening boss battle slots. Extremely overpowered mechs to go up against the entire team at once.

Ooh, that would be fun.

Now I'm wanting to design some. Huge Octopedal Artillery MLRS Platform, anyone? Three quad 42-tube MLRS systems. Shadow of the Colossus style.

Or just make Voltron; bunch of small mechs all with combiner.

Edit: FLYING DICE I HAS AMAZING IDEA

First upgrade to your mech needs to be a grappling hook. Or maybe to mine. Either way. We need to make it so you can fling me in jet mode when I'm using Anti-Grav to keep it from straining your engines too much.

True Shadow of the Colussus style. Seven Huge Mechs with Combiner. All of them with Heavy Smoothbore Cannons. All of them Main Battle Mechs. 28 Heavy Smoothbore Cannons. Because the world needed some more craters.
