Would it be possible to make a creature both male and female? Or are you trying to keep them from reproducing whatsoever? I have no clue whether it's even possible to have both genders, I haven't tried.
maybe the closest you can get is a creature changing at random period back and forth between genders so it might be able to reproduce between two "genderless (in the name only)" forms
it might be a close representation as hermaphrodite creatures need to be 2 to reproduce in nature too ... (except the asexually reproducing ones, but they are an evolutionary dead-end anyway)

Add in the [NO_GENDER] tag and you should be set to go.

No, that makes it so that the civ doesn't generate at worldgen. Did you read the OP?

I think it's because the creature has more than one caste. The generator tries to place couples, but it can't because none of them have genders. If the creature has only one caste, it just places creatures without placing couples.

The Daleks in the Daleks mod have only one gender, but they have a caste that allows for reproduction. Try looking at that and seeing if you can copy what was used there.
