Icarus walks in on Alice and Linda. She stares at Linda, unsettlingly...Then again, she has no eyelids, and always stares at everything.

"Oh hey. What are you talking about."

Her tone is unsettlingly neutral and monotone...then again, it always is.

Alice slowly nodded, she then turned towards Icarus smiling as she saw her wife.
"Hello, we... we were just talking about what we were going to do if we had a break."

Karis patted Dalia on the back,
"No one is useless, I was stuck in a palace for most of my life unable to do most things. You are probably more useful than I am."

"Well, for now how about we buty my mother."

Alice nodded,
"Would you... you like to go on our honeymoon?"

"But the PIXEL was desintegrated and since both my parents are dead, nobody is able to build anything even close to it, making this the worst honeymoon ever!"

"I suppose we should use this opportunity."

Alice's smile widened,
"It... It sounds wonderful, the French Alps should be lovely"

"Yes, we should bury my mother there jesus christ Alice do you realise what just happened and not even a week after my father died too, to have his corpse stolen by a villain that I can't even get revenge on because Sanure is gone excuse me while I take a break to collect myself."


"Are any surgeries scheduled up this week?"

Alice shook her head,
"Just some... some regular check ups."

Catherine is now on the couch, flipping through the tv channels.

Linda casually inspects a round for her sniper rifle, to busy herself from the married couple talking.

Karis patted Dalia on the back,
"No one is useless, I was stuck in a palace for most of my life unable to do most things. You are probably more useful than I am."

"I doubt it. You probably learned swordfighting and magic and stuff, while all I learned was geometry and really basic science. The kind of stuff that everyone else is way better at than me. Plus I've dropped out of school this year so... I'm an idiot. A big, stupid idiot." Dalia lets out a marose sigh and stands up to retreat to her room.

Catherine is now on the couch, flipping through the tv channels.

Hakim, finished with taking care of his equipment, wanders into the living room, nodding at everyone there. He stops and looks at Catherine for a few moments before asking, "Who are you? With all of the retconnings and waiting for combat to process I've completely lost track of what happened to your character."

"Catherine. I showed up while a couple of the group were waiting for someone in France, went to help them out when they went to New York, got hit by a projectile robot or whatever Icarus is, and now I suppose I'm part of the group."
