Giest Ark releases another torrent of lightning into the room, but Walpurga and winry's cover prevent the attack from hitting them.

Walpuga attaches a lightning rod to Giest Ark and sends the Pipe into the roof as Winry removes the grounding wires from the house!

The lightning storm continues on. Lightning strikes the Steel pipe and sends a large electrical current into the Giest Ark! [99] Lightning Damage! The Giest ark whirres to life as the damage is absorbed into the machine. The Tank begins to glow brighter.

Walpurga hears laughter coming from all around her, as if a dozen entities are laughing.

[Akroma]

"Oh so zat is how it is."

Walpurga removes the lightning rod, and instead bends the copper and wires around the arc into a faraday cage, to make sure no electrical energy can reach it. She then, not touching the faraday cage, encircles the entire arc with very thin wire, and leads that right into the ground to discharge the arc, until it runs dry.

The Giest Ark begins to humm.

Walpurga shapes a faraday cage around the Giest Ark! Electrical energy has become Null around the Giest Ark.

Winry [Insert command here].

The laughter dies down.

The Giest Ark is humming louder.

The Girl, who has secretly placed a speaker on Winry, speaks up, "So, I was doing some scans on the machine in front of you, and it appears to be charging up. It's electrical store is increasing at a steady rate. Also, I'm detecting a quite a few other electrical signatures in the room. Also, The door shut in my face and it really hurt..."

The laughter is back.

Walpurga loops the wire of the faraday cage away from the ground, and into the machine. if it wants to shock anything, it will just shock itself. Wether that hurts it or not, the charge is going nowhere... until it overcharges.

His eyes lingered back on Dalia as he saw her fidget,

Winry throws out her green bag, letting a storm of metal and electronic parts fly around her as various bits and pieces cyclone around her before some glow and levitate in front of her as she picks out various parts.
 "Doc, I'm assembling an EMP generator! If that girl is right, there may be more we have to deal with."
Winry creates a powerful EMP generator.
As Ashley adds her blood to the three Sigils, they resonate further as the blood sinks into the ground around it, causing a blue-green aura to appear around the Sigils as they begin to levitate. Spinning around each other, the Nemesis Gate assembles one-by-one.
The Sigil of Arcana morphs into a circular stone with various hermetic runes inscribed around the edge, with an azure gem glowing in the center as it takes position at the top of the gate.
The Sigil of Twilight morphs into another stone with incomprehensible eldritch text around it, accompanied by a glowing emerald-like gem. It locks in place in a triangle-like formation with the Arcane Sigil.
The Sigil of Void does the same, forming a circle with Zhayad runes edging it. A jagged, purple gem forms in the center and pulses with eldritch energy. Finally, the remnant stones form together like a jigsaw puzzle to form a circle with the Sigils in a triangle formation. Arcs of magic link the three Sigils with their respective colors, merging into a rainbow orb in the center which expands outwards to form a portal as stone steps lift from the ground.

After the Gate was created, Ashley now felt a steady output of power coming from it; a fusion of twilight, void, and creation. A pulsing sound came from the gate as she observes the changing colors of the magic portal, wobbling like a pebble dropped into a pond.

Garrett fires off a bolt at the Kitsune.

"And this is what hesitation gives us. Please allow me to shoot to kill next time. Guide, please boost my combat capabilities."

((garrett is pretty much restricted to physical and no mana spells, so he needs the buffs to do, well, anything))

"For a while yes, at least until our world is ready to involve ourselves in your world's affairs again." he rose to his feet again "I do not expect an answer straight away, I realise how big of a decision this is."

The mainworld has its fair share of problems that are more or less our responsibility to solve. We can't just run and hide because it's too hard, until whenever we feel ready to tackle them.

"Show them to their rooms, it's getting late and I'm sure these heroes need their rest." The servant bowed and began to show everyone out, as Titus began to move though the king raised his hand "Stay Titus, I wish to talk with you" for a moment the prince hesitated but then stopped in his tracks.
