He's met with a punch to the arm. A light punch, but it still hurts like hell.

He continues smiling.
 "I let you punch me, for I saw it coming," he says. It seems he's getting a kick out of this.

"Was it not you that said that not all futures are true?"

 "Only in the long term."

[Projeck37]

Linda exhales shortly.

[Akroma]

"Hmm, guess this must be yours afterall. Sorry."

 Icarus gives the diary back, bro-fists the corpse and reseals the tomb, then gets back to the high priests room, on the off-chance he might actually have something in his room. Specificaly, she scans for hidden compartments.

 "Well, it seems we can't find anything useful by walking along the streets. Where to next?"

[Kansa]

Ranil moved his gaze back down to his sketchbook where he continued to work on his drawing,
”Do you like drawing at all?”

After a while of searching Kaiser managed to find a blacksmith, it was run by a muscular woman who looked like she was in her earlier thirties. She wiped her brow as she spotted him approaching.
”Ah, you must be a new customer”

After putting everything back where it should be, she managed to find the secret tunnel again. A while of walking later she reached the high priests room, by pulling a lever the wall slowly opened. The room itself was still modest despite it being bigger than most of the other rooms in this place, the only light currently coming in to the room was through a small round window. On the opposite wall there were book cases and in the centre of the room there was a desk. Papers lay on it, giving the impression that someone had been reading from the recently. After scanning the room Icarus could find what seemed like to be a secret compartment in the desk.

"Hmm, maybe I should have chcked here first."

Icarus further continues to utterly step on the churches privacy and searches the compartment

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Not really. I've never been good at it, so..."

[Kansa]

The compartment held a letter inside, it seemed to be quite recent.

"It only takes practice, really. You could probably learn to be good."

[USEC_OFFICER]

"I'm sure that I could," she replies, having no desire to do so.
