Icarus gets up very energeticaly, almost toppling the table.

((Eh, basically just roll d(Whatever it takes to make a +5 quality). If it doesn't improve the quality first roll, -1 to the TN to make whatever upgrade. Can be anywhere between +3 to +5 for the quality, and it can only be improved once, basically.))

((if there is no downside to taking multiple rolls, thats just an automatic +5 and all the rolls are pointless anyway. why are you asking for a roll?))

If he doesn't pass the roll to make it at the very least, a +3, there's a -1 to the TN to improve it. He can't upgrade it multiple times until he gets a +5.))
