Ashley stands with an effort, her eyes closed. Her fear vision still bothers her.

Araceli simply stands there, lance still pierced into the floor.

Linda picks up the skull.

Isaac walks over to Dalia, and inspects the axe. He does the same for the skull.

((Timeskip time, I suppose...how to do this...

Problem is, I don't know Kaiser well enough to know how he'd act during the movie, yet. I have an idea, but...eh, I can always edit it, I suppose))

The movie went well, though Kaotaro didn't eat much of the popcorn. Her laugh was nervous and cheesy at first, but by the end of it, it was natural and the two were hanging out fine. In fact, without his having noticed it(because Kaiser is obliviousness incarnate, obviously), Kaotaro had even managed to end up with her head in his shoulder/his arm around her shoulders.

As the movie began to draw to a close, odds were he would notice it...

((also, what time of day is it, for them?))

Selkihm stares into Linda's eyes with his restless blue eye flames, while speaking with Ashley.
   "The Nemesis Gate was once a gate to another realm which you all may already know of. Destroyed by gods long ago, they were only able to destroy the gate into its three primal parts - Creation, void, and twilight. These parts were sent into their respective dimensions, where they were attracted to places of magical interest. The Arcane Sigil embedded itself into Earth's crust long ago, forming into the massive mountain and infusing it with magic power. The Abyssal Sigil landed in Zholvar's halls, and the Twilight Sigil appeared in the hands of a royal family in the Fae Realm of the Twilight.
Of course, you may want to know where the Nemesis Gate even leads to? The answer is simple, and has been the objective of Dr. Faucheuse's research this entire time - The Other Place. It may perhaps benefit you to retrieve the final Sigil after all."


Isaac identifies Selkihm's axe scythe polearm thing as a Masterwork +9 weapon. 25% lifesteal. But neither Isaac nor Kyle can even lift the weapon.

Selkihm's currently alive metallic skull seems to be made out of plain iron, so naturally it's very heavy. It seems to be infused with terrifying magic. It gives +2 MAG.
The skull has one use per plot:
Nightmare Labyrinth - Inflicts Nightmare Labyrinth on up to three targets, dealing -5 damage per turn and inflicting the terror debuff until they succeed a RES roll.

Linda tosses Ashley the skull, since she's talking to it. She tries her hand at picking up the axe.
((No, I am not hoarding all the loot. The skull will probably be given to Dalia, since she's a support.))

Isaac informs the group of the rough benefits of the items.

Police girl, who appearas to be here and there, slowly begins to pull herself together before speaking up, "Mind if I have the axe? It's not like any of you could lift it, afterall..."

Some of Police girl's essence happens to have landed near Araceli and has begun to take the form of Pip once more, "I thought I saw a real treat. You work with that Selkhim guy there didn't you. You're his, what, guardian, keeper? Or are you just another lap dog like him?"

Dalia doesn't flinch when the axe lands next to her, most likely because Kyle's helmet doesn't fit her properly and thus she didn't see it in the first place. With Selkihm  gone, she blinks in confusion and carefully takes the helmet off and looks around. "Did we do it? Did we win?" she asks wearily to Isaac and Kyle. Since it does look like they've won, she wordlessly returns Kyle's helmet. By placing it on his head. Backwards. Afterwards she shuffles towards the nearest wall to slump to a sitting position and rest a bit. "Go team," she mumbles, without much enthusiasm.

Ashley nods at Selkihm's statement. She hands Dalia the skull.
"Use this well."

Isaac silently mouths the words to Solomon 4:1 to himself. He wasn't religious, but he studied that verse, for it was part of the inscription.

Araceli looks at Pip deadpan.
"I'm the doom of this team. Stronger than all the Sultanes. I'm the bane of this world. The bane to her."
She points at Ashley, who freezes, having just realized Araceli was here.
