Ashley takes a seat, calmly.

"Of course I have fought wizards before. Zee new cycle is simply a bit overwhelming. Back in the day magic was not just much rarer, it was also much weaker. Back in zee day, I was one of the grand elite of zee Thule. In modern days, zat matters little. Everybody is just crazy strong, and anti-magic is not just common, it is everywhere."

"I will have to remember to punish him later."

[Kansa]

Alice waited a while for Dalia to calm herself and then smiled towards Isaac,
"Could you... you take a reading now?"

Isaac took the reading, but kept sensing for a bit.

[USEC_OFFICER]

Unsurprisingly, Dalia is telling the truth. She is leaking a surprising amount of magic into her environment. Not a lot, but it doesn't seem to want to dissipate and thus hangs around the room like a thick fog. Of course, now that Isaac is sensing magic, he can also sense the creature squatting on her back. Or at least its tentacles, for its body is currently hidden inside of the back of the couch that Dalia is sitting on. Curiously the tentacles seem to be absorbing some of the magic that Dalia is leaking, but not enough to stem the flow of malignant energies she's producing.

[Projeck37]

"There's... A lot, for sure. But you know you have something on your back... Right?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

Dalia cracks open an eye to look at Isaac. "You're talking about George, right? Blobby thing with four tentacles? Yeah, I know about him, they found him when they did all of those tests. He doesn't really seem to do anything though, so..." She gives him an apathetic shrug.

[Kansa]

Alice looked curiously towards Dalia,
"I... I don't suppose you have any idea what it is?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

Alice earns another apathetic shrug from Dalia in response. "No idea. It's just sorta there. The people who did all of the tests have no idea either."

[Kansa]

Alice paused for a moment then nodded,
"Ok, we... we should probably look into it later." she gave a quick look towards Isaac "Can you remember what the level is like at the moment?" she then turned back to Dalia with a smile "Can you try feeling happy?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Okay, I'll try my best." She closes her eyes again and leans back while presumably thinking about happy thoughts. However Isaac would easily see that she is leaking just as much magic as she was before. So if there is a change based on how happy she is, it's not significant enough to be noticeable or useful.

[Kansa]

Assuming Isaac told her the results Alice paused for a moment trying to think of what to try next,
"Could you try feeling hopeful?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

Dalia does so, and the results are the same as before. Thinking hopeful thoughts doesn't seem to affect how quickly she leaks magic. The same applies to whatever feelings Alice suggests next too, except for negative ones that make her release slightly more magic. But then again she does use her powers to defend herself, so it's understandable that when she's stressed or afraid she'd release more misfortune.

[Kansa]

Alice continued to list through the emotions, looking towards Isaac each time the test was initiated. When it was all over with she let out a small sigh,
"It... It doesn't really seem to be making any difference, a little bit extra on negative emotions but not too much. I'm sorry."

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Oh..." Dalia says, sounding disappointed _{which has no effect on how much magic she leaks either}. "I guess it was kinda silly hoping that this would help somehow. So what should we try next?"
