Noire sighed before turning to Kyle,"Do you think Bartimeus will be alright?"

"Yeah. This probably happens a lot. I'm more worried about the summoner."
Kyle shrugs.

((either Bartimaeus is super weak, or this is one hell of a summoner. I established with PN ages ago that higher tier entities can resist summons, and when called usualy show up because they are vaguealy interested why someone would summon them.))

The crystal's sound stops, and after a few minutes Icarus hears another voice.


"Hello, Icarus. I assume you're calling for Alice? She seems to have evaded our defenses, even resorting to killing her guard. But do not worry, we will send you her corpse," he says, his voice tainted with malice and his tongue sharp, with a slightly imperious tone as if he's used to being the boss.
