Kyle enters combat between the two mechs next to Icarus his plasma blade drawn.
"Bring down their health then get them when their stunned!"
With that Kyle sets the blade to his maximum intensity and slashes at the the legs of the one on the left.

Alice froze as she spotted the two mechs facing down Icarus, for a moment she hesitated but then with the little confidence she could muster yelled to the civilians to get safety. She took a deep breath and rushed towards them, taking her place at the furthest west of the robots. She pointed her machete at one of them and sent a bolt of lightning arcing towards it.

Icarus increases her SPEED by 50% [-4 MP]! She darts forward between the mechas, powersliding forward after 35 feet. The concrete cracks from the slide, and the mechas turn to aim at her - they fire at the last moment, blasts of blue striking each other. The attack seems to dissipate, however.

The UG-3 Crawler 1 aims at the running Kyle with one of its cannons and fires!
[6] VS [1] It strikes him straight in the chest, dealing a solid 10 damage! Smoke and blue energy billow around Kyle, completely concealing him.
The UG-3 Crawler 1 aims at the cloud with its other cannon and fires!
[16-8] VS [7] Kyle sees a flash of blue pierce the dusty darkness, and before he knows it, a blast of plasma strikes his shoulder. His armor takes the blow, thankfully.

The UG-3 Crawler 2 walks forward 20 feet, where Alice is running!
It fires one of its cannons at her!
[20] VS [3] The blast hits her in the leg, dealing a massive 22 damage!
It fires the second.
[28] VS [2] The blast strikes her in the side, but Alice surprisingly manages to shrug the attack off.

Alice, quickly recovering from the massive blast she just took, desperately aims her machete at the crawler that shot her and fires a bolt of lightning at it!
[8] VS [8] Alice just manages to strike at the mecha! The bolt strikes and electricity surges across the hull of the mecha. The lightning arcs around its left primary cannon, disabling it for 3 turns. Also, she deals 7 damage!

Kyle lunges out of the smoke and slashes at UG-3 Crawler 1!
[15] VS [6] He slashes at the leg, but the mecha's massive armor takes all of the damage.

The colossal figure of HILDA-ALPHA towers over ahead as she lands on the ground next to Alice, cracking the concrete and sending a powerful tremor through the ground.
She brings down her absolutely massive HF blade down on Crawler 2!
[15] VS [10] She brings the blade straight down on its top!
[93] And she crits.
The blade severs straight through its right cannon, dealing 8 damage to it. Not only that, but it seems that Hilda damaged the hull some!

((Sure, why even bother trying to think outside of the box a bit and use positioning to our advantage, the massive tanks that stend like 4 meters apart will just shoot at eachother point blank and take no damage whatsoever anyway, and because they have 3 actions somehow ((they are giant heavily armoed tanks, not ninjas)), it barely even reduced their damage output.))

Icarus jumps on top of the C1, which considering the size and design of the mech puts her out of the tanks firing range. ((and the C2, well, is mostly disabled)). She begins destroying the mechs primary sensors.


Walpurga joins the battle on the western most edge of the map, taking cover behind the pile of rubble. She applies a powerful twisting motion to the C2s remaining non-destroyed weaponry (major magic attack damage, debuffs, -6 mana)

((Well, they are tanks. It's not like they have hands or something. All of the guns can/should be able to operate individually, so I don't see why they can't shoot all of them in a turn. It's not like the tank is manned by a single person after all.

You know, it'd be a really interesting battle if facing was involved. By which I mean that the tanks have to track to shoot, so you can hide outside of their firing arcs and be safe from attack. If I had a plot I'd probably add in something like that.))

Alice let out a scream as she was hit in the leg, she fell to the ground. Trying to push past the pain however she muttered an incantation, her hands began to glow. She placed them on her injured leg and then let the power of the major cure wounds spell begin to heal her.

Icarus dashes through as barrages of turret fire fly past her. She slides under the first crawler and backflips gracefully on top of it before she brings her blade straight into both of the machine's primary sensors. The devices spark and blows up.
[92] Critical hit! Icarus's blade rips flashes across the surface of the hull, but doesn't seem to do any direct damage.

Walpurga twists the cannon [18] [-5 MP]! The cannon is completely twisted off, dealing no damage to the entire mecha. However, she creates a small weakspot in the hull.

   "Fatal error. Rerouting."
Suddenly, the mecha slams a leg against the wall of the builing next to it - dust billows as it completely lifts itself up, and onto the wall like a spider. But Icarus is still latched on like a champ.
[15] VS [2] The blast hits Kyle in the shoulder, dealing a meager 2 damage.
A smaller turret erects from under the mecha. It looks to be much weaker, however. It starts to fire a barrage of small blasts at Alice!
[-2] VS [3] The first shot misses terribly.
[15] VS [1] The second shot flies into Alice's side, dealing no damage.
[13] VS [2] The third shot strikes Alice's leg, dealing no damage.
[7] VS [3] The final shot hits Alice's chest, dealing 2 damage.
Icarus could now tell that Crawler 1 linked its weapons to Crawler 2's sensor - a reduced likelihood to hit, but its best bet.

Another small turret erects, this time under Crawler 2. The turret starts to fire a barrage at the flying projection!
[-3] VS [5] It misses.
[10] VS [1] It hits but passes through.
[7] VS [6] It hits but passes through.
[1] VS [6] It misses.

Alice desperately places her hand on her leg and casts a spell [10][-6]. She restores 17 HP!

Kyle powerslides beneath the second crawler as he brings his blade upon a leg joint!
[91] Critical hit! The joint cracks, creating a weakspot!

Hilda slashes at the Crawler 2 again! She deals a large 6 damage!

Stella manages to get all of the civilians to safety.

Alice rose to her feet, she winced slightly as she put pressure on the injured leg but did her best to ignore the pain. She took a couple of steps backwards and pointed her machete at the mecha closest to her, another arc of lightning streaked out of it and made impact with the robot

((Why does everything very much damage the tanks parts, but deals no damage whatsoever? Okay, sensors being stabbed dealing no damage is one thing, but tearing off the hull, breaking the joints or tearing off weaponry dealing no damage? Humm.))

((also I believe the +10 damage reduction from Kyles armor was nerfed at some point, but the sheet not updated. Smurf would know the details))

"Welll, lets see who is the real killer machine now."

Icarus exposes a wire in the now derelict sensor that used to transmit data from the sensors to the processor - hacking and overriding the data transmited by the C2, and thus feeding the C1 with faked imagery. She show the mech its current prime target - where the C2s weakspot is. ((and while at it, if possible, makes a copy of the tanks source code))

Walpurga waits for the moment the C2s turret starts to fire, then with a major impulse tries to shove the turret right back into the bowels of the mech (-6 mana), hopefully dealing both damage by ramming the turret up the mechs guts, and by the turrets fire doing their number on them as well

((for the record, Icarus did not use her blade to destroy the sensors, she just punched them. Not gonna draw a blade on a random mook))
