"Thank you" Alice sat back down and started to eat, only just now realising how hungry she was.

Bartimaeus is cooking mashed potatoes. After he's done, he adds some to everyone's plates.
No poison, and they are absolutely delicious.

Ashley stares out the window of the plane, and at the grave unless the Nomad had taken off, then she stares at the sky.

Icarus is a bit lost at all the sad people around her, really not knowing what to do in a situation where you can't just kill the problem dead...

"Hey Ashley, don't be so down. We beat her. And if she comes again, we will beat her again."

She clanks her hand against her chest

"These void guys got nothing on me."

"I learned how to do it, so I'm sure you can too. It's not that difficult." Well it's still not the best steak Dalia ever had.
