The skyscrapers are made of a stone exterior look, but in all actuality are made of steel supports and frames.
Now for turn..

Spensir casts Vital Surge. +4 to all stats except for HP and MP. -4 health, -6 MP.

Araceli fires! [48] vs [Irr.], landing the hit for ((Oh dear...)) [30!] vs [2+5] 46 Damage! Spensir has 24 HP remaining.

Garrett starts to walk alongside her.

"Without a bond, I can not ride any dragon. Without one, my abilities are lessened, so your assistance would outweigh mine, and I would be in your debt until a time when I could repay you."

Stella just picks him up then, the others should not have to wait for her. and tries to head stealthily into the city (will be somewhat surprised if she manages it)

"You are assisting in a battle to save the world, not debt will be owed"

He makes no motion to get on her, though.

Spensir decides that discretion is in fact the better part of valor, and takes cover behind a broken apart vehicle as he tries to catch his breath, the orange light slowly fading as he panted, the armor seriously crumpled in several places around his body.

((No weapon bonus for the rifle, because that'd be OP as fuck. She just rolled a nat 30, which is what her Strength stat is. And the way I'm running Vital Surge is as an increase in the stat, not the roll. And to be fair, you /are/ charging an enemy alone who is specialized in ranged combat.))
