USEC has trouble writing, apparently. Just a friendly chat with someone who Kaiser has never met or heard of.

((Less of that, and more of weird-void critter screwing with reality before teleporting in some random wizard girl everyone seems to know, and Kaiser wondering what this has to do with giving people souls.))

Kaiser, feeling confused and a little awkward, starts to walk back to the Nomad to tend to his wounds.

Hilda gives Lunette a quick hug before following Kaiser.
 "Hey, great job at the raid," she says with a smile.

[USEC_OFFICER]

Alucard chuckles.
 "I would love to see."

USEC is feeling as uncreative as shit, and so Lunette just shows Alucard some nondescriptive but impressive stuff. Magic computers, equipment with an almost invisible magic signature, stuff like that.

Kaiser, feeling confused and a little awkward, starts to walk back to the Nomad to tend to his wounds.

Dalia joins him in the Nomad for pretty much the same reasons.

((You guys should honestly cut the meeting with Lunette short because I'm doing a shit job with this and doubt that I'll get better. Which pisses me off since I've been waiting for it since forever but writing the stuff feels like pulling teeth and is not enjoyable in the least.))

Lunette finds a giant tentacle abomination wrap its arms tentacles around her in a hug. Bartimaeus.
 "That's cute, you're almost as old as I am in the mortal calendar!"

Kaiser looks at Dalia with not very well hidden concern.

"A-are y-you... a-alright?"

He grabs something on the table that looks like something between a nailgun and a needle and stabs it into his arm, injecting a shiny white liquid.

"Oh dear lord that's better."

Hilda gives Lunette a quick hug before following Kaiser.

"Th-thanks..." Kaiser says, with a light blush. "I-it wasn't that g-good though..."

Hilda shrugs.
 "It was easy, really."

Lunette smiles and hugs Bartimaeus back as best as she's able, "And the next time you visit I'll be calling you sonny and young man."

Kaiser looks at Dalia with not very well hidden concern.

"A-are y-you... a-alright?"

"I'm surprised that I still have all my organs, but yeah, I'm alright." Dalia is obviously not alright, seeing as her face is smeared in blood and her clothes are all bloody and full of holes too. She collapses into a nearby seat and closes her eyes, glad to finally have a chance to rest.

"Th-thanks..." Kaiser says, with a light blush. "I-it wasn't that g-good though..."

"Don't complain, you did ten times more stuff than me," she mumbles.

Bartimaeus shapeshifts into a cat and sits on her lap.

Kaiser feels like an idiot. He looks at Dalia.

"T-thanks...Y-you can u-use the s-shower...and the p-pain r-reliever..."

He slowly turns on his heels to Hilda.

"Y-yeah... I s-still got a bit hurt though..."

Hilda might notice he has a large piece of shrapnel sticking out of his leg.
