"So why does Harry Potter not just use his magic powers to kill Dudley?"
"I mean seriously. Harry Potter seems to hate Dudley, right?"

Alice stopped reading and looked at the two of them
"Because that would be wrong"

"Then why do they teach them what spell can be used to torture and kill people in class? Also, no maths."

"So if they face death eaters they know what they are up against, Moody isn't exactly the most responsible teacher either. I'm not sure why they don't have other subjects like that though, I suppose with what they can all do with magic they don't really think they need it"

"Some students might not know that they have a spell that can kill them instantly"

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

"Still, a *conjure greater condom* would be better utility. Also, there are much darker arts out there than some simple death spell. The weasly brother brew super strong love potions. That stuff is totaly a date-rape drug if I've ever seen one. And with the memory whipe spells..man, Harry Potter is super dark. A song of fire and ice has nothing on this."

Well, Yomiko's workshop is covered in dust and hasn't been touched in at least four years. It is piled in junk and will need quite a lot of organizing to find anything in it.

Bartimaeus rummages around for the magic concealer that she made for him.
"And a mind control spell too."

Alice paused for a moment
"They probably teach about those things in other classes as well."

"Hmm, I wonder how long until they make an actual magic school. I mean, many abilities are kinda unique, but many spells, like your healing abilities are learnable, if you just have the innate talent."
