 "The Other Place balances inbetween creation and void. It is partial twilight, but I used to think that it was just twilight and void. No, I was wrong. It was all three--but it simply changes based on whether creation or void is balanced. Now that the sultanes are in creation, it is inclining towards the void. A lot.

The entities that dwell in that plane are active when the void is active, but are only partially limited by your gate."
