Dalia hexes the boss [16] vs [irrelevant], greatly debuffing him! (-6 mana)

Alucard shoots at the debuffed boss! [10] vs [irrelevant after debuff], hitting him for [6+3] vs [9] 1 damage! Unlucky!

Hilda fires at him as well, with her freshly made taser gun! [9] vs [irrelevant after the debuff]. He [8], seems mostly okay, only receiving a minor debuff - but that shit adds up..

Winry technomances her exosuit (-2 mana)

Bartimaeus teleports the dude into the restroom (-2 mana)

Kaiser rams into the boss, who is too debuffed at the moment to really have a chance to dodge, so screw that roll. The boss is knocked out cold!

Moral roll: 2

The grunts see that and their morale falters...they realise they have no chance and surrender.

Kyle counts to 5, then observes the sphere in the middle of the cave. Whatever is in there is hard to actually see, as it appears to be crammed into a way too small container for it's full size

Dalia tries to wipe the blood off of her face, but only succeeds in smearing it around. "So what now? We tie everyone up and grab what we came for?"

Bartimaeus shoves his face into the toilet before teleporting back.

Hilda and Winry begin to destroy the anti-void generators. Alucard looks down at it and then looks at Kyle.
 "There it is... the Nexus Serpent."

Dalia is a bit annoyed at being ignored. "So... what is the Nexus Serpent? What does it do?"

 "It is the very concept of transportation--anywhere in the cosmos. Anywhere. Let's get it to the house. Is it trapped, Kyle?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Oh. That sounds kinda silly. We already have teleportation and stuff, why would we need it?"

As soon as the generators are off, the serpent unfolds. It's roughly 8 meters long, its body covered in perfectly hexagonal scales. Six transluscent wings sprout from it's back, phasing through one another. It's eye-less head consists entirely of its spiraling jaw. It releases a pulse of void energy, re#arranging reality around it. Kyles gum-crossbow turns into a teddy bear. Dalias shoes turn into a bunch of hexagonal cornflakes.

 "This is way more than that.

It may be able to, provided that it is not one use only... do you have something of Lunette that is from her world--a lock of her hair, perhaps..?"

"Dude, that's a really fucking creepy thing to keep around."

 "How come? People tend to keep lockets which have bits of someone's hair in it. Strange, but sentimental."

Kyle pulls out the letter that Lunette gave him when she first arrived.

"That will do. Let's transport the thing and I will transport you to her world."

Alucard opens a portal, takes the Serpent, and enters Maria's back yard.
