He takes a sip from his drink, "So I know this is a bit late, but better late than never I suppose. What are your names? I'm Samael Benson. Please just call me Sam though."

"It was a joke.
And I'm Axel. Morgan.

Robert smiles happy at her in response and then sighs, "I really do mean it. You take my breath away, just being here with you."

She blushes and looks away.

Robert blushes a bit too, but his smile never wavers. "So, ah, where were we?"

"Well, I'd like years, specifically."

"Ooh, good question. Maybe he'll answer you; never tells me, at least."

"...And for the same reason I can't tell this idiot-" the sword jerks around suddenly, even whilst being held, and smacks Spensir on the back of the head. The man cringes at the blow, then glowers at the pommel of the blade, rubbing the back of his head, as the sword continues without pause.

"-I'm afraid I cannot answer, Madam. I simply do not know. I can, however, tell you my earliest memory-""I still call bullshit on that, by-Ow!""-which is before this world formed. Not long before, I think, but I'm afraid I can't tell you because, to put it simply, when I was young, there was no way in which to measure years."

"Hm. Well, I am technically 5,720 years old. And I'm gonna call bullshit on that, for the most part."

"Nice to meet you! So uh..."

He hears a buzzing in his ear. "Fuck not now..." He shakes his head and it goes away.

"Do you uh, do anything for fun around here? Sorta newish to the area."

Lizzie looks down and shrugs.

"Hm. Well, I am technically 5,720 years old. And I'm gonna call bullshit on that, for the most part."

"An excellent memory you must have, then, to know so precisely. I find it hard to keep track of the years these days. Or I did, before this one. Now each day seems an eternity..."

Spensir's face turns slightly red as the sword condescends about him yet more. "Oh shut it. You're the one who chose me, not vice-versa."

"Perhaps, but I didn't realize at the time that you would be so frustrating...in any case, I do not require you to believe me, any more than I require my apprentice to. You asked; I answered."

Spensir sighs, and lets the sword down onto the floor, rolling his shoulder and rubbing it with one hand.

"Sorry, it just hurts to carry him around all the time." "Speaking of which, I grow tired...I believe I will rest, for a time. Wake me if you find you must, Spensir."

A presence about the room, an almost oppressive atmosphere that you hadn't noticed before, fades to nothing, as the sword apparently leaves the conversation.

"...well, in any case, I'm glad there's someone else who doesn't cater to his antics. Is there anything you'd like me to call you, or should I just stick with 'Miss'?"

[SOLDIER First]

"I go to bars, I do shit with my friends, I sit around on my ass.."

[USEC_OFFICER]

Robert gives a little sigh, "I guess I've talked enough. So what do you want to chat about? I'm sure that you'd have a lot to say if you wanted to."

"Ashley, Ash, or whatever you prefer to call women."

[Atnegam]

"Oh that sounds more exciting then what I do for fun." He looks around he bar again, seeing if the shady guy still looks shady.

The shady guy does indeed still look shady.
