"Hmmm...."

Icarus proceeds to switch to the ICARUS-05, hide it and turn off wireless. While Icarus inhabits a body it's basicaly unhackable, but in a dormant state like this...
Of course that means it will be difficult to access the 05 in an emergency, but that seems better than suddenly having it go amok.

((Does the 05 have a built-in AI when its not dormant?))
Winry turns to Icarus.
"Hah. I got stabbed in the heart."

((no. Icarus deleted anything that was installed on that robot, and micromanages the whole thing))

"Y...yeah...mortal wounds are hilarious. Well, what do you know, I was right, should have gone with a mech-suit."

((Kay))
"Yeah, I'm already planning the schematics for it. I might need Kyle's and Alucard's help."

Alucard sets his book down and takes a sip of wine.
"I see. Would you be sad if he died?

"Theoretically, yes. I mean, he is a void entity, so he technically can't die."

"Alucards help? You better not wanna build that stuff out of mordite. All that void stuff gives me the chills. Note how it has been mostly negative for everyone involved with it."

"Theoretically, a void entity can cease to exist if it was killed in a sufficiently strong anti-void field. The anti-void wears away at the essence, making it unable to phase back to the void. Then creation destroys the essence.

But what I am interested in is something else. What would happen to me if Bartimaeus were to cease existence? What about vice-versa? I have some theories."

"No no no. Alucard is good at building stuff too. Have you seen his workshop?"

"I dunno, I thought he made it as some way to survive in the void for extended periods of time. And it certainly is not standard issue."

"Does it matter? There's not that many actual 100% humans around here."
