Tessa stalks up behind Cathrine and places a hand on both of her shoulders. Ashley could tell that Tessa's skin is darker than normal. Winry and Cathrine would not know who she is, "My my, you have a very delicious smell to you. Oh, Ashley. Am I early?"

"Umm... thanks?"

"Slightly late, actually."

Tessa looks cheerful then smiles, "Oh, I have someone for you to meet. I'm certain you'll like him. Come here, my adorable little butler~"

A grey haired young man in a suit walks over at the call. He bows at the waist to Tessa and then nods to Ashley.
"Priyatno poznakomit'sya..."
He clears his throat before speaking again.
"Er, pardon... Pleased to meet you. Misstress Tessa speaks fondly of you."

Dalia goes and grabs the crossbow to see what it does. Not because it's the bestest item but because it catches her attention first.

"I am not surprised. She is always fond of me as far as I remember."
Ashley motions to the chair across from her.
"Take a seat, please."

The man shakes his head.
"If it all the same ma'am, it would not be fitting of a man of my standing to sit with my higher ups."

Tessa glomps her butler ((Who honestly does need a name )), "Isn't he just so adorable?"

"I meant the madame initially, but I will permit you to sit with us if Tess allows it."
Ashley smiles warmly.

Tessa nods to her butler and takes her seat.

The white disc is

White February, a semi-sentient ignition disk. A compression weapon.
Very unassuming in the form of a white disk the size of a coin that may as well be plastic, White February hovers behind the user, for no obvious value. It shows its real value only when the user is attacked, expanding to up to a meter in diameter, and moving quickly to block incoming blows. 
Passive: White February has a 20% chance to block an incoming blow completely. After it has blocked a blow, it goes on cooldown for the next 3 incoming blows.
Active: Like all parts of the 13 month series, White February has an ignition mode. Conditions for ignition are unclear, but mostly seem to depend on wether or not the weapon, which is semi-sentient, agrees with you. In the case of White February, we have a very motherly, protective personality.

The boots are

Passive
If someone wearing the boots takes damage from an attack they can automatically teleport five squares away. This can only be used once every three turns.
Active
Instead of their move action the user can instead teleport up to how far they could move that turn. This ability can be used once every two turns.

The amulet is

Purging Amulet
Passive
The wearer of this amulet gets a +4 resistance against spells or effects that would reduce the user's stats or do damage over time.
Active
Once every three turns the user of this amulet can use the effect to remove all buffs, debuffs and damage over time effects from a target ally or enemy.

The crossbow is

Shooting star Crossbow
Passive
This weapon is counted as a +7 weapon.
Active
Once every three turns the user can let out a shaft of starlight from the crossbow. If this hits its target it travels through its body and then homes it way towards another enemy. This continues until it misses or runs out of targets. (This cannot strike the same enemy twice)

There were two items remaining the Circlet and the Lance and Titus quickly gave explanations for them as well.

The Circlet is

Circlet of Purest Light
Passive
The person who wears this circlet can always see perfectly clearly despite all conditions that might limit sight (This also works with conditions that are magically induced.)
Active
Once every three turns the user can make the circlet unleash a flash of brilliant light, this blinds all creatures within an AOE radius of 5. (Blinded creatures must re-roll all successful attack rolls). This blindness lasts for one turn and does not discriminate between allies and enemies.

The Lance is

Lance of Fire.
Passive
This weapon is counted as a +7 weapon. An attack from this lance also has a 25% chance to set an opponent on fire, an opponent who is on fire takes an extra 3 damage per turn until five turns have passed. (This can stack)
Active.
When a person focuses they can induce the lance to shoot a line of fire towards an opponent. This attack counts as a ranged attack and has all bonuses applied to the attack. (Damage is based off of strength)
