Karis looked towards Kaiser with a small smile,
"So what did you do while me and Dalia were being detained?"

Hilda gazes into his eye and speaks softly, "Vierus..."
"I'm going to go study the Voidcrosser some more," Alucard remarks before placing his sword on the lab table and studying it with various instruments.

"I did... uh, stuff. Didn't really do much."

The priest looked back into Hilda's eyes,
"Some things are better left undiscovered, you must understand"

Karis looked Kaiser up and down,
"They didn't harass you at all did they?"

Icarus, leaving the rest to Hilda, meets up with Kaiser

"So, whats this evidence you mentioned on the phone?"

"Nah, I'm fine."

Kaiser sends Icarus the sound clip.

 "Icarus is going to inform Titus about it anyway. It would be best if you simply beat her to it. I mean, you are not going to let this crazy woman get her demands, right?"

Titus entered the ballroom, Elliot following closely behind him. He stopped as he took the first step inside the place and looked around, his eyes first stopped on Ranil the high priest smiled towards him. The prince gave him no heed however and shook his head as he then walked towards his sister, Kaiser and Dalia.

The guards continued to make their slow progress towards Ranil, they hesitated though as the king held up his hand. He was obviously shaken, the ruler's steely mask broken as he looked upon the high priest.

Illian tapped upon the rooftop again,
”You are close to figuring out the truth behind this whole mess.”

Vierus swayed slightly,
”If she really knows, she understands why it has to be kept a secret."

Karis nodded, smiling slightly as she did so.
”I'm glad to hear that, I know you couldn't have done it.”

[Akroma]

"What? This doesn't prove anything, only that he is the reason that the dude who was killed was there in the first place. And you wanted me to murder him over that?"

 "Icarus is not the kind of person who cares about stuff like that, if she has a goal."

Karis nodded, smiling slightly as she did so.”I'm glad to hear that, I know you couldn't have done it.”

"Thanks... I guess. So, can we still leave?"

"What? This doesn't prove anything, only that he is the reason that the dude who was killed was there in the first place. And you wanted me to murder him over that?"

"...what? He literally said he is the reason that guy is- oooooh. Shit. Regardless of my potentially sociopathic urges, the king is currently being blackmailed by him, so yeah, you can extrapolate from there, instead of snarking me some more."

"I'm surprised you don't just solve it yourself."

"And what keeps you from shiving him yourself?"

"The fallout. Still, I'll stab him if need be, and I won't hesitate to do so."

"Kaiser you can't just go around and stab people. Sit tight, I will have all the evidence we need soon."
