Through the portalThe ship drew ever closer towards the arch, Titus rushed to take his position again at the helm. A small smile was on his face as he grabbed the wheel, a few seconds later they passed through the portal. For a moment nothing happened but when Titus passed through the portal the surroundings changed. They were still on the sea and the sun still shone brightly overhead but now directly before them stood a collection of islands, as soon as anyone looked at it it was clear that Yillesse was not just on one island but on it's own small archipelago.
The city was massive to say the least, long glass bridges connected the islands together and most of the surface were covered in constructions. Directly ahead they would be able to spot the habour, with boats that very closely resembled the one they were travelling in now. The habour faded away into a mess of houses and shops, even from here they could spot that the streets were bustling with activity.
In the very central island stood a grand palace that towered over a lot of the city, it was a beautiful work of architecture. The white marble was carved into spires and domes that dominated the roof of the structure and even from here they could spot the hint of beautiful decoration that was carved on the structure.
A couple of other large buildings stood out in the city but it was harder to tell there exact purpose, they were not central like the others but still occupied a large portion of the land on the islands.
Titus' smile widened as he looked out across his home,
”This is it, we are here”
