"So you still don't want to... to get the Pixel body?"

[Akroma]

"Sigh. Fine, I'll get it."

[Kansa]

Alice smiled,
"Thank you" she headed back with Icarus to get the body.

[Akroma]

Icarus switches to the PIXEL-01. Previously having no facial expression, Alice might be concerned about Icarus current facial expression.

[Kansa]

Alice paused as she noticed Icarus' face, worry formed on her face.
"What's wrong?"

[Akroma]

"What are you talking about?"

[Kansa]

Alice hesitated for a moment,
"You don't look happy"

[Akroma]

Icarus glances in a mirror, then puts her face into a more neutral position.

"Malfunction."

[Kansa]

Alice looked at Icarus,
"Please tell me if... if there is something wrong"

[Akroma]

"Well, I need some re-routing of various facial motors."

[Kansa]

Alice sighed but nodded,
"We better get... get those fixed then. Lets head back to the vet."

[Akroma]

Icarus follows Alice and does her day job. Hurrah for day jobs.

[Kansa]

Alice gave Icarus a small kiss and then got to work. The day went mostly normally, both of them dealing with a few angry customers due to missing so much time but most ended up happily.

Later on in the day though, two men walked into the vet. They stuck out like a sore thumb from the other people around the city, there clothes making them look like a part of some Victorian costume drama than anything out of modern times. The one in front walked up to Icarus, his face quite serious as he looked over her with sapphire eyes.
"I need your help" his voice sounded strange, human but with a slight distortion to every word he spoke.

[Akroma]

Icarus looks him up and down, seeing no animal...

"Yeah, the hospital is in that direction..."

[Kansa]

The man sighed impatiently,
"I don't mean the vet. You are a member of the magical group in this area correct?"
