The creature lets out a horrendous shriek, one that thankfully did not shatter glass or everyone involved probably would have died. Instead, neither Ashley nor Alucard were particularly hurt by the scream, which makes sense since it was just a really loud noise. It was rather disturbing, but nothing the two couldn't handle.
[No not posting rolls when it's unnecessary; suffice it to say I gave Alucard a bonus to the Res roll and Ashley a small penalty and you both still rolled higher than the Mag roll]Alucard, meanwhile, practices his Falcon Kick.

[Goddamnit Alucard; you have no idea how much it pisses me off as a GM that the players can deal 1d33+20 damage for six bloody mana. And have enough to do it six more times.Ashley manages to get her sword back, ripping it out of the crystal tree which seems to actually grow a new branch outwards from where the hole had been, as if it missed it's companion and wanted it back.
The Wisp seems ready to cry! The image is flickering extremely rapidly, almost dizzyingly fast, primarily between more morbid or sad images of the girl. The wind howls even louder around them, and the ice shards begin to grow in size....
