"It's like concentration in chemistry. If you have too much in one condensed area, it won't dissolve properly. Guess he just has a lot... And I assume he can only be in the form of a dragon. I mean, you don't see me shapeshifting."

"Doesn't that takes years of experience, and hundreds of manhours?"

"I built powered armor in my garage in one night. Balisstas are easy and ancient."

"And different from power armor."
