Dalia slouches over and sighs at Isaac's reaction. "Never mind."

"Correct. It's just symbolic and a custom from my times before this body, that's all~"
Isaac grins and hugs Dalia.
"Oh, shut up, I saw you eyeing me."

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Yep. It's a custom here too, you know~ Unless you're referring to something else. You haven't told me much about what you did before you got this body of yours."


"I was not!" Dalia protests. She definitely was though, as her blush confirms. Still, she throws her arms around Isaac and hugs him back awkwardly.

"Well, I originally was a human alchemist in the... 1100s or so, under Duke Soběslav I of Bohemia. Not a bad guy, really... But yeah, it was a custom to be married sometime before you went off to war. Then in the Shadowlands, it's custom to marry by a certain age... which is 21, so I'm in that year right now."
Tobias shrugs.
"But hey, I'm happy to wait, if it's for you~"
"Whateveeeer."

Ester looks thoughtful for a couple moments, and then comments, "Really? So you know how to speak really old German? Huh." She thinks for a couple more moments, and then finally gets around to what she was really thinking about. "I still don't want to do anything big, but if this means a lot to you we could do something small. It wouldn't be binding or anything, but it would mean a lot to both of us and that is what's important. You understand what I'm trying to say? Just a small little ceremony, and then we could have a big wedding like this later... What do you think?" she asks, as she leans her head against his shoulder.


"It's true!" she says with a huff, still hugging Isaac.

"Well that's what I obviously meant~ Duh."

"Splendid idea."

Icarus goes around hugging everyone

Stella then gently pushes ICARUS to Alice

The music begins to play, signifying it is time for the dance. Icarus offers her hand to Alice.

Alice had hugged her father after Hilda's speech, as the music began to play she released him and smiled as she took Icarus' hand.

Either it is the dance lessons paying off, or it is the soul-link creating perfect harmony, as Alice and Icarus, as opposed to the constant foot-stomping during the lessons, melt into more or less a single person in perfect rythm. There is not a single moment of miscommunication

At first Alice had been sightly nervous as they had taken the floor, as the perfect dance began though her anxiety melted away. Her smile broadened as she led Icarus in the dance, enjoying the amazing feeling of unity.

Meanwhile Icarus offers the next dance to Kyle, also some sort of custom
