"With how much the US hates magic users? Eh, not a good idea."

"And that slows you down?"

"Oh my fucking god, your just talking about the extremists. Not everyone in America hates magic users."
Kyle looks really annoyed.

There's another knock on the door.

"They're all up in the government since the New York incident."
"I never thought about using it like that."

"Well, and this is why you get wrecked by a mediocre golem while I split skies."

"Piss on the government! The entirety of them is one published document away from being voted out. And the president was in the KKK!"

Meanwhile, at whatever place the Bewitcher sought refuge in, a voice like burning charcoal violates his ears.

Isaac shrugs.

Kyle goes back to his search now in a worse mood.

Because goddamn it, Smurf hasn't replied yet RPs, Dalia realizes that she's in trouble around the same time that she finishes her shower. Namely that the only clothes she brought into the bathroom with her are bloody and ruined, and Kaiser and Kaotaro are out in the living room watching TV. Wanting to save herself potential embarrassment, she hammers on the bathroom door and shouts, "Hello? Can you hear me? Can you avert your eyes or something? I gotta run to my room to change."

Kaiser buries his face in a pillow.

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Can we talk when I'm not naked?" Dalia asks with obvious annoyance in her voice. After a couple moments, to make sure that Kaiser and Kaotaro are looking away, she streaks from the bathroom to her bedroom clad only in a towel. Eventually she finishes dressing and joins the pair in the living room, flopping down face-first onto the couch. She definitely looks better than before now that all of the grime has been washed off and she isn't dressed in rags, but it's still pretty obvious that she's exhausted from earlier.
