Alice retreated to one of the smaller rooms in Maria's house. She settled down at a table and began looking over a piece of paper as she planned some ideas for the wedding.

Ashley slides her back against the wall until she's resting on the ground.
"I have no idea what to do about Araceli..."

[PrivateNomad]

 "We'll figure out a way... maybe trap her forever somehow. Astral prison maybe..." Alucard comments in a quiet voice.
The girl Bartimaeus sitting beside Walpurga shakes when a shot suddenly rings out, piercing the window and shattering the glass, and shooting Bartimaeus straight through the head. The bullet strikes the wall behind her and blood spurts out, staining Walpurga's bed with a sanguine color as Bartimaeus just sets a hand on the large hole in her forehead.
 "Sniper. Can't seem to track his aura though. I suggest getting down before that happens to you."

Bartimaeus gets down to cover behind the bed.

Walpurga sets down her book on "Magical mistakes and terrible teleportations: 10 dos and 1000 don'ts of magic", and calmly with a flick of her wrist pulls the bed over the window.
"Well, let us inform zee others zen."

She then moves towards the door, careful not to be in line with the window in case of a shoot-through

"Told Alucard via telepathy, he should be here soon..." he groans as another shot flies by.
"Maria's house is under sniper fire! We need to get outside the perimeter and scout for the sniper," Alucard says before opening a portal to another house in the neighborhood.

[Akroma]

Walpurga gets down to the living room.

"Okay, it has started. I suggest staying away from the windows."

Telekineticaly, she pulls the curtains shut.


"Okay, we should wait for Alucard then. Remember, we don't need to engage their A-team right here and now. Wait for a teleport to the base, and then wreck their leader who hopefully just stayed behind."

Kyle gets up.
"Can you make one for me in the sky? Then I can get in an advantageous position on the sniper."

"Already on it."
Ashley teleports, and lands in a tree overlooking the area scouting for the sniper.
Linda takes her rifle off her shoulder, and finds an elevated position, setting up her bipod. She watches for where the sniper is firing from.
Isaac keeps low and away from any windows.

[Sanure]

Sen uses her paper mastery to force all the paper to cover the windows and doors of Maria's house. She leaves small openings for Linda and any other ranged fighter to see and shoot out of.

She then apologizes to Elysia and binds both her arms and legs in paper, then cacoons her in a prison of paper, allowing just enough space for air to enter.

Sen heads downstairs with elysia in tow, "I heard gunfire and shouting. The hell is going on?"

"The LA wants their seals back."

[Sanure]

"I see. How many are we killing?"

[Akroma]

"None. The plan was to wait here, for them to send their strongest A-team to retrieve the seals, then have Alucard, Ashley or even you teleport us right to their base, while we take out their leader without having to first wittle down their A-team."

Dalia quickly turns off the TV and stands up in the open like a complete idiot. Probably because she is one. Or maybe it's just because she has never dealt with a sniper before in real life. "So we're just going to sit here and get shot at then? Shouldn't we at least try and do something, make it more believable?"

[Sanure]

"I suppose me covering all of the doors and windows amounts to nothing then... We have any useful range fighters? We could give them the old decoy ruse."
