The girl sprints forward towards the truck and sees the clothing the driver was wearing laying on the ground. she hears what sounds like a box dolly being drug down a side alley.

The target continues on down the alley [11 vs 7] picking up speed.

The girl continues sprinting.

Kyle waves back before exciting and looking for the possible perps.

Kyle finds the gun fight easily. It's not hard to miss. Local police are just casually watching the fight behind squad cars, as is the rest of the crowd.

The continues to sprint after the target [7 vs 8] The girl stumbles over some cables that were laying across the alley, but she manages to keep a good pace.

The target continues on down the alley [10 vs 15] but from the sounds of it something got knocked over. It takes a moment before the rolling sound is heard again.

Kyle walks over to the cops.
"Which side is which?"
Kyle looks mildly annoyed.

[Sanure]

"Spanish Cartel." The oldest looking cop points at the gunmen near the Taurus Sports Auto, "And that's the Russian Bratva." He then points to the Gunmen near the Black Mercedes. for the most part, the fighting is pretty tamed. No body besides gunmen have been injured, and there seems to be very little property damage, besides the damage to the vehicles.

"Alright. Do me a favor and tell them they have ten seconds to stop before I go in and start throwing things. They spoiled my dinner you see so I'm upset."
Kyle says politely.

[Sanure]

"Sure. I'll tell them. Right after they stop firing at each other." The cop seems to be uncaring.

A tentacle slide out from Kyle's back and smacks the cop.
"Now. Unless you want to be thrown first. If that is the case I'll be glad to do so."

The cop begins yelling after drawing his gun and pointing it at Kyle, "Get on the ground now! You are under arresting for assaulting an officer of the law!" The rest of the Police force all draw their guns as well. A few of them have tasers.

Kyle armors up while his tentacle wraps around the officer with blinding speed. He fullfills his promise and throws the man at the gun fight. He smirks at the tasers.
"Go ahead, make my day."
Kyle points the laser on his arm at the officers.
