After ICARUS's blade connects, the golems glows brightly before exploding in a mass array of blue color. The Arcane Sigil floats above with the culprit of the Golem's death on the ground - the blink dagger that Isaac thrust into the golems, emanating void magic which weakened the bonds on the Sigil when he momentarily depleted his mana when casting his massive spells.
